Just think about it, your own hot tub in the
backyard,
one that is naturally large enough to hold a good sized barbecue in the summer.
Lovely poplars growing in abundance along the tree-lined avenue that you live on.
A gorgeous wooden deck that spans one side of the house so that you'll always have an amazing view of the Rockies just outside your back door, well almost. And good anemities and
entertainment
nearby.
And if that hasn't sold you on the benefits of not panicking and actually moving to Calgary before you find your dream home, then perhaps the thought of open gas fireplaces will.
Not only do they offer you the cozy comfort of an actual fireplace in the winter time, but gas fireplaces are also less of a hassle to clean and you really won't have to pretend to your friends that you were a scout while in school and therefore can actually light a fire!
As an added benefit you'll also get a lot of oooh's and aaah's from those souls whom you call friends, folks who are less fortunate than you and who do not possess any kind of fireplace, let alone a gas one.
