Barry's Response - A Canadian Icon indeed. He moved here from Scotland at the age of 5, around 1953. His music career has been in the area of folk and folk-rock. He is most well-known for titles such as Child's Song, Golden Trumpet, So Far from You, On the Boulevard, Into the Mystery, Burned out Car, The Farmer's Song, Down by the Henry Moore, and Do you Dream of Being Somebody. See this one if you can.

For the greatest of his recordings, see if you can find "Best of: Songs from the Street," released just a couple years ago.
