Real Estate - Invest for future

I am self employed person, and in search of my dream house. I prefer to short list real estate property for my and family requirements keeping next 5-6 years in mind.

I prefer to go for under-construction or upcoming real estate property where i have choice to get new construction and choice to design as per my need.

It should be genuine, and I prefer to buy for long term investment purpose.
