i love mountain bikes very much. I have one beautiful mountain bike. when ever i am stressed i just have a ride on it, till i am relaxed.

Barry's Response - It's one of the best forms of aerobic exercise. It's low impact, offers a variety of scenery, challenges and even thrills along the way. Watch out for traffic and other hazards.
