Sports help us
Sports help us to grow up in many ways. If we really interesting in games like hokey, base ball, swimming it will help us to improve the mental ability. While us engaging with the games reasoning ability, quick response power etc. will be increased.
During my childhood Malappuram I was interested in cricket and football. I would like to play in morning, so that I usually was wake before 5 ‘o clock.
One day, I remember it as my first day of playing cricket I really was don’t know how to use the bat. After the first game of my life each day I played at least two hour in a day.Barry's Response
